Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Kryttle, operated by AMPLIFOLD AI PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Effective 9 September 2026.

1. The parties

“We”, “us” and “Kryttle” mean AMPLIFOLD AI PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at A1301, Purva Westend, Service Road, Kudlu Gate, Bommanahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560068, India. “You” means the individual or organisation accessing the service. Where you accept these terms for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The service

Kryttle is a hosted workspace in which teams build and run agents, reports, apps and workflows over their own business data. We provide it on a subscription basis and may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you materially depend on.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the confidentiality of your credentials, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@kryttle.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Your content

You keep all rights in the data, documents and configurations you put into your workspace. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, transmit and display that content in order to operate the service for you, including sending it to the model providers a feature you invoke depends on. We do not use your content to train our own models. Our handling of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the rights needed to load your content into Kryttle and to have it processed as described.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer the service, or resell or sublicense access to it, except as we agree in writing.
  • Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing or deliberately deceptive.
  • Use the service to make automated decisions about people without the human review the law requires.

We may suspend access to stop an ongoing breach, a security incident, or a threat to other customers. Where practical we will warn you first.

6. AI output

Agents, reports and workflows produce output generated by machine learning models. Output can be wrong, incomplete or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, and must not treat it as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription term stated at purchase. Fees exclude taxes, which we add where required. Late payment may lead to suspension. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual property

We keep all rights in the service, its software, and the Kryttle name and marks. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with at least reasonable care, use it only to perform under these terms, and disclose it only to personnel and vendors bound by equivalent obligations, or where the law compels disclosure.

10. Term and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination your right to use the service ends; you may export your content for 30 days, after which we delete it in line with the Privacy Policy.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law permits, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Each party's total aggregate liability arising out of these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or from your use of the service in breach of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. We will post the revision here and update the effective date, and will give account administrators at least 30 days' notice by email of any material change. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
