Deleting your data
How to disconnect a Google account, how to have your data erased, and the difference.
Two different things, often confused. Disconnecting stops Kryttle reading anything further from your Google account. Deleting removes what we already hold. Doing one does not do the other.

Disconnecting a Google account
Open the connection in Kryttle and choose to disconnect. We revoke the grant with Google and destroy the stored access and refresh tokens at once, rather than letting them expire.
You can also revoke us from Google’s side, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. That takes effect immediately at Google. Because Google does not tell us when you do it, we find out the next time we try to use the connection, and then mark it disconnected.
Asking us to delete your Google data
Write to privacy@kryttle.com from the address on your account, saying which workspace and whether you want a single Google connection deleted or all of it. We will confirm when it is done, within 30 days.
What deletion covers
- Content read from Gmail, Drive and Calendar
- The access and refresh tokens for the connection
- Anything derived from that content, including search indexes and embeddings
- Stored payloads from runs that touched it
We may keep data longer only where the law requires it. Residual copies can remain in secure backups until those expire on their normal rotation. Backups are never used to serve the product, and if we restore one, deletions are reapplied before it goes back into use.
If your workspace belongs to an organisation
Where your organisation controls the workspace, it decides what happens to the content in it, and we act on its instructions. Send your request to your workspace administrator. If you send it to us, we will route it to them and help them answer it.
