Workspace roles, project roles, and what each can reach.
Workspace roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the workspace |
| Admin | Manage members, connections and policy. Cannot delete the workspace. |
| Member | Build and use projects they have access to |
| Guest | Use specific projects only, for contractors and clients |
What admins control
- Which systems can be connected at all
- Which actions always require approval, workspace-wide
- Spend caps, per project and per person
- Whether guests can be invited
