Projects & ownership
Every agent, report, app and workflow is a project with members and a history.
A project has an owner, members, an activity history and a set of connections it is allowed to use. Ownership can be transferred. When someone leaves the company, what they built stays.
Access levels
| Level | Can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | See the project, its runs and outputs. Cannot change or trigger it. |
| User | Run it, ask it things, use the app or read the report. |
| Builder | Add jobs, change instructions, add connections it can use. |
| Owner | All of the above, plus manage members and transfer ownership. |
History
Every change is logged with who made it and when. You can see the state of a project on any past date, and roll back a change that broke something.
